Maritime Museum

Tuesday 4th September 2018

Last week Room 11 went to Maritime Museum and we had lots of fun.
We were put into groups with our parent helpers.
We had to find antiques in the museum that showed a big roll in the New Zealand history.
We took lots of photos.
We got to experience what a cannon looked like and sounded like.

Suka Experiment !!

   
    Tuesday 7th of August our Room 11 made an Suka Experiment and we had lots of fun.
    We had to Estimate how many sugar is in different kind of drinks.
    We enjoyed it. Thanks to our teacher Miss Tupou.

Never Give Up - Dream

1. The message in the clip is to never ever give up in anything you do and try your best to achieve your goals to a high standard.

2. My dream is to become a professional rugby player for my own country Tonga and play for World Cup Trophy !!

3. I will achieve my goals by succeeding in everything and being delightful to others.

Writing

Last week Miss Tupou told our Target boys levels and I got 3A and I was so happy when she told me cause at the beginning I was 2p then now 3A.
I was so excited and I told my parents and they were so proud of me.

Disco

DISCO

Last week Friday we had a disco at Glentaylor School.

we were dancing with our friends and we ate Sausages and juices and water and even we had a D.J 

at Disco 

THE UMU

On Friday we cooked umu at Mr Fa'alili's house it was a lot of fun

Miss Tupou took 2 girls and 6 boys from class.

Working

Today we were Playing with Room3's toys
it was a lot of fun.
We were building tall towers and playing
with kenetic sand, but we made a big mess
but at the end we cleaned up and left room
3 to go back to class.
Some people was drawing and painting their
drawing was amazing they were like an artist.
We played with lego and blocks, Miss Wrack
and Mr herlihy was watching out for us.

Soccer

About Soccer

 On Wednesday the 17th we had a Soccer tournament, our team was Glentaylor School.

The first team that we played against was Tamaki Primary and Glentaylor tied with them.

We played 6 games on that day we were like a star

We won 1 games, lost 2 and we drawed 3 teams.

And we placed number 6 but the middles placed 2nd.

Dawn Raid Work

                                Last term we were watching a video called dawn raids we had
                                to write and sketch draw about what we saw on the video
                                It was fun and amazing, here is my picture about my dawn raids

                                   

Anzac

                                  We celebrate ANZAC because they fought for our country
                                   and to protect us from enemies.

FILL A BUCKET

In room11 we had to draw and write about filling people buckets to make them happy.

Why do we read

       Our class had to write why do we have to read and these are some answers that we wrote.

                              On our first day of school our class did a team building activites
                                        It was called spaghetti and marshmallow challenge!!!
